DEPARTMENT OF HISTORY OF COURT LAW

The faculty and staff of the Department of History at Sumy State University express their profound sorrow at the passing of a former colleague, Emma Pavlivna Annenko.

We will forever cherish the bright memory of our colleague, who devoted several decades of her career to the humanities and social sciences departments at the Sumy Branch of the Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute, the Sumy Institute of Physics and Technology, and Sumy State University. In the years preceding her retirement, she served at the Department of Ukrainian Studies and, subsequently, the Department of History. She is remembered as a consummate professional in her field, as well as a gracious, responsible, and highly principled person.

Our heartfelt sympathies go out to her family and loved ones. May her memory be eternal.
